We, the Corcoran residents in all our diversity, will strive to strengthen, improve and protect the unique character, livability, and social fabric of our neighborhood. We endeavor to encourage and empower all residents, business and property owners to unite in addressing our common issues.

 

Whether you are meeting up, transiting through, or stopping by Corcoran, we welcome you to our neighborhood, a crossroads and home for many. Although small in comparison, Corcoran is a crucial point of connection that bridges South Minneapolis neighborhoods far beyond our few blocks, including Powderhorn, Longfellow, and Standish Erickson. Our neighborhood organization is driven to create events and spaces in which everyone feels belonging, safety, and joy in our neighborhood. We operate the beloved Midtown Farmers Market, nurturing community and food access for many across South Minneapolis for the past 23 years. Corcoran Neighborhood Organization centers community care at the core of our work. Support our neighborhood by doing the same.​
